More money, more problems? Dealing with money-related stress

We've all experienced money stress at some point in our lives. Whether that's dealing with an unexpected bill, credit card debt or having to support more people in your family with the same amount, money no doubt plays a huge role in our lives and drives a lot of the choices we make.

I spoke to Carolyn Wright on RTHK's Money Talks programme about proactive steps you can take to understand how money influences the stress we experience.
