The holiday season is a time for togetherness, but it can also bring forth challenging conversations, especially when it comes to money. As families gather around the dinner table, discussions often shift to politics and personal finances, revealing generational differences and cultural taboos that can lead to disagreements.

 

I recently joined Carolyn Wright on RTHK to discuss this topic – talking about money can feel like a minefield, particularly when emotions run high and the fear of judgement looms large. We broke down the biggest barriers and I share my top tips for replacing disagreement with meaningful conversations.
